Best time to visit for snorkeling and scuba diving

The best time to visit Koh Rong for snorkeling and scuba diving is during the dry season, which is from November to May. During this time, the weather is sunny and the water is clear. However, the island can be quite crowded during this time, so you may want to consider visiting during the shoulder seasons (June to October) if you are looking for a quieter experience.
